No Surprises at Checkout
We believe the price you agree to is the price you pay. That’s why the order total at checkout is the final amount—no hidden extras sneak in later. In most cases, we cover any additional import costs, including customs tariffs and sales taxes, so you won’t face unexpected fees upon delivery. Your responsibility is simply the cost of the items and the shipping charges, nothing more.
Following Your Order
Once your package is on its way, we make it easy to keep an eye on it. Shortly after your order leaves our facility, we’ll send an email with a tracking number. This typically arrives within a few days of shipment, giving you a direct link to your package’s progress.
If Something’s Off
